Refund and Returns Policy

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges. Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; SITAh reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

The brand is not liable for any product defects discovered 15 days after the date of purchase/ delivery.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
